Final Sale & Damaged Items Policy

At Scrapkit, every kit is thoughtfully curated to make creating feel easy from the very first page.

♡ All Sales Are Final

All Scrapkit purchases are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, color preference, duplicate purchases, accidental orders, or unused items.

Please review all product photos, descriptions, color details, and kit contents before placing your order.

◇ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want every Scrapkit to arrive ready to inspire. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at scrapkit.shop@gmail.com.

To help us review your request, please include:

✦ Your order number
✦ The name used on the order
✦ Clear photos or a short video of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
✦ Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
✦ A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the issue and product availability.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

◇ Product Variations & Kit Contents

Each Scrapkit is curated around a coordinated color palette, theme, and overall creative value.

Individual paper patterns, sticker designs, washi tape shades, packaging, and small decorative elements may vary slightly from product photos or between production batches. Screen settings and lighting may also affect how colors appear.

If a small item is unavailable, it may be replaced with a similar item of comparable style and equal or greater value. These minor variations do not affect the overall purpose, usability, or creative value of the Scrapkit and are not considered damage, defects, or incorrect items.

◇ Minor Quantity Variations

Some small decorative items including stickers, paper ephemera, labels, and embellishments, are counted and packaged by third-party manufacturers.

In rare cases, the quantity of an individual small decorative item may vary slightly from the stated amount. For example, a pack described as approximately 30 pieces may contain 29 or 31 pieces.

Minor quantity variations of one or two small decorative pieces are considered normal production variations. They do not affect the overall purpose, usability, or creative value of the Scrapkit and are not eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

◇ Important Notes

✦ Damage caused after delivery, normal wear, misuse, or customer handling is not eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

✦ If a major item specifically listed in the product description is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of all received contents. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

✦ This policy does not affect any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
